ESG: AN ENTERPRISE GAME
SimBiz is the name of the ESG on-line enterprise game that is based on the key skills to be found in our Competence Framework.
This new and engaging learning resource is freely accessible and usable in five languages and in different learning and training contexts.
The SimBiz game includes an initial assessment function of the player’s skills. Then the game involves the learner in various scenarios and activities designed to increase knowledge, understanding, and enhance entrepreneurial skills.
Whether as an employee who strives to make a difference for their employer or a potential entrepreneur, the game aims to engage, entertain and educate.
A Handbook containing learning assignments accompanies the new game. Available in the five partnership languages, an international version of the handbook also encourages and allows individuals to play the enterprise game and compete against players from other countries.
